An ongoing home, opening now
I've wanted to build this room for a long time. A place to land, again and again, with people who already understand what it feels like to hold it all together, without having to explain yourself first.
It's built for real connection, real questions, and genuine delight along the way. Join when the time is right for you, and enjoy a year of community, growth, and fun.
Founding member enrollment is open through November 1, 2026.
What happens once you're in
Of course a room like this needs something steady to come back to, something that feels less like an obligation and more like a standing invitation.
On Zoom, with real time built in for your questions about your own recalibration, not just a lecture. Every session is recorded, so replay is always there.
I facilitated a book club for three years before this room existed, and I know what it does that reading alone doesn't. We choose titles that are relevant and potent, and reading them in community builds a depth of understanding, a solidification of the concepts, a natural accountability, and honestly, a lot of fun.
Trainings other people pay for, you have included. And your questions and interests help shape which topics I build the next training series around.
Beyond the two monthly trainings, I'm in the room intentionally, not passing through. When something's coming up for you, I want to be there for it, heartfelt, not casual.
Three ways to work with me
Maybe you've already come across the Cohort or the 1:1 work. Maybe this is the first you're hearing of any of it. Either way, here's how the three fit together, and where the Collective sits.
The Cohort
Six people, one 90-minute live session a week, built around active work you do together.
1:1
Built entirely around your specific origin work. Two sessions a month, async support between.
The Collective
Lower commitment, no end date. Where you stay connected to the work and to each other, between the more intensive rooms, or before you're ready for them.
It's not a smaller version of the other two. It's simply the room that's always open.
What you might still be wondering
It makes sense to ask that. Here's what's actually here: two live trainings a month with real time built in for whatever's coming up for you, a book club I've spent years learning how to run well, every training I teach publicly at no extra cost to you, and me showing up in the room on purpose, not just twice a month. That's the whole shape of it, stated plainly rather than dressed up.
You show up to the trainings when you can, and catch the replay when you can't. You read alongside the book club. And when something surfaces between sessions, I'm already in the room, not on the other side of a scheduling link.
The Collective is where we begin.
Join whenever it's the right time. If that's now, I'll see you in the room.
