Identity Coach for high-capacity humans

More of you, available for what matters.

You can be deeply capable and completely at capacity.

When the decisions, relationships, responsibilities, and ambitions in your life are asking something different of you, you don't have to figure it out alone. Julie Holly is an Identity Coach. Through Identity-Level Recalibration, she helps you notice what's shaping how you live, keep what's still true, and practice a different way forward.

Sound familiar?

You can be deeply capable and completely at capacity.

  • Your life is working, and holding it all together from the inside is wearing you down.
  • The milestone arrives, and the feeling you expected doesn't come with it.
  • You've tried the routines, the frameworks, the courses. They helped, up to a point.
  • Something has changed, or something is calling you forward, and the way you've been moving through life doesn't quite fit anymore.

Of course the ways of being that got you here are still running; they were built for real reasons. Sometimes the conditions change before we do. Julie calls the quiet gap that opens up Identity Drift, and it usually widens slowly: more effort, a little less of you.

You don't need a new you. You need more of what's already yours.

You don't have to start over to change.

More of you, available for what matters.

Meet Julie

"I didn't invent this pathway and then apply it to my life. I eventually recognized that I had been living it."

Julie Holly is an Identity Coach, the founder of The Recalibration, and the creator of Identity-Level Recalibration, a five-stage pathway for noticing what's shaping how you live, deciding what still belongs, and practicing a different way forward. She practices it too.

More about Julie

How to begin

It starts with a conversation.

  1. Schedule a Recalibration Conversation

Talk with Julie about what you're noticing and what you're navigating. There's nothing to prepare.

  2. Choose the support that fits

Private Recalibration, the Collective, or nothing for now. You won't be pressed to decide anything.

  3. Move from what matters

Keep what's still true. Set down what's done. Take back what you lost touch with.

Common questions

What does an Identity Coach help me with?

Real decisions, relationships, responsibilities, and ambitions, and the familiar ways of protecting, proving, or belonging that shape them. Julie works with you to notice what's happening and practice a different way forward through Identity-Level Recalibration.

What is Identity-Level Recalibration?

Identity-Level Recalibration is a five-stage pathway for noticing what's shaping how you live, deciding what still belongs, and practicing a different way forward, without rejecting the person you've been. The stages are Recognition, Release, Reclamation, Reinforcement, and Renewed Momentum.

Who does Julie work with?

High-capacity humans: capable people, men and women, who want their energy directed toward what matters, rather than consumed by what no longer serves them. Most arrive because something has become hard. Others come because something has changed, or because there's a vision they want to make real.

Do I need to know what needs to change?

No. You may arrive with a specific challenge, a vision you want support bringing into reality, or simply a sense that something deserves your attention. You don't need a fully formed explanation to begin a conversation.

Is this therapy?

No. Julie is an Identity Coach, and Identity-Level Recalibration is how she coaches. It doesn't treat mental illness, and when clinical support would serve you better, Julie will say so.

What happens in a Recalibration Conversation?

You talk with Julie about what you're noticing, what you're navigating, and what kind of support, if any, would serve you now. There's nothing to prepare, and you won't be pressed to make a decision.

What's the difference between Private Recalibration and the Collective?

Private Recalibration is one-on-one coaching with Julie, focused entirely on your life. The Recalibration Collective is a community with two live trainings a month, Book Club, and Julie's ongoing presence. Many people start with one; some do both.

Can I join the Collective without working privately with Julie?

Yes. The Recalibration Collective is open to anyone, anytime. Previous or current private coaching is not required. You can begin with its live trainings and community.

Will I lose my drive?

You don't lose your drive. You change what's driving you. The ambition that built your life can stay; what shifts is the source it runs on.

Do I have to start over?

No. You're not starting from scratch; you're starting from everything you've lived. What you've built matters, and life has added things worth keeping.
