How to Make Room for What Matters When You're Already at Capacity

Online via Zoom

You can be deeply capable and completely at capacity.

More of you, available for what matters.

You know what matters to you. You want more room for it. Yet even when you clear an afternoon, your attention may still be occupied by decisions you're rehearsing, expectations you're trying to meet, or responsibilities you carry without ever questioning whether they're yours.

After all, some of the most demanding things we carry never appear on a calendar.

In this live training, we'll explore the difference between what you're capable of doing and how much of yourself you have available for what matters. Together, we'll look at the less visible demands that can consume your energy, including managing perceptions, proving yourself, and feeling responsible for keeping everything together.

Space to notice what's taking up room.

Through teaching and guided reflection, you'll have space to:

  • See what's occupying your capacity, including demands that are easy to overlook because carrying them has become familiar.
  • Recognize where capability has become an expectation, where "I can do this" has quietly become "I should be the one."
  • Identify one place to explore a different response, connected to something you want more of yourself available for.

You'll leave with a clearer picture of what you're carrying and one meaningful place to begin making room.
