The Private Immersive
Recalibration Experience

One space. One full day of the work. In person, uninterrupted. Offered only to those who are ready to compress the arc, not because they are impatient, but because the moment is asking for it.

Inquire About This Experience

Julie reviews every inquiry personally before confirming a call.

There are moments when the ordinary pace of work no longer matches what is actually happening inside you. The readiness is already there. What is needed is a container precise enough and protected enough to let the work move at a different pace entirely.

The Private Immersive is that container. It is not a retreat. It is not a workshop. It is a full day of identity-level recalibration, uninterrupted, built entirely around the specific origin of your pattern.

What three months of sessions might reach, this day moves to directly. Not because the depth is shorter, but because when the space is this protected and the presence is this complete, the work simply moves differently.

When the container is this precise and this protected, the work moves at a different pace entirely.

Who comes here

You already know the power
of stepping out of your world.

High-capacity humans with demanding schedules already understand this. You have gone to the retreat. You have taken yourself to the workshop. You know what it means to physically remove yourself from the environment that requires you, and what becomes possible when you do.

The Private Immersive is built for that instinct, taken to its most precise form. Not a program with a roster. Not a room full of other people. One day, one container, built entirely around you and the specific work that is ready to move.

When clients travel to Julie

Sandpoint, Idaho

Most people think of Boise when they think of Idaho. Sandpoint is something else entirely. A resort community in the north of the state, at the edge of Lake Pend Oreille, ringed by three mountain ranges, it holds the rare combination of lake and mountain life in the same place.

It is not a city. It is not a retreat center. It is a place where the pace already shifts before the work begins, where the setting does quiet work the moment you arrive.

Why location is part of the container

The environment prepares you
before the day begins.

Traveling to a place you have never been, especially one this removed from the ordinary, does something to the nervous system before the work is asked to do anything at all. The unfamiliarity is part of the design.

When Julie travels to a client, the same principle applies. The work begins in a space set apart from the daily environment that shaped the pattern you are coming to change.

The Arc

What the experience holds

The Evening Before We meet over dinner.

Before the work begins, we share a meal. This is not a session. It is the acclimation, the space where you settle into the reality of what you have chosen to do, where Julie learns your energy and your rhythm, and where the evening simply does its quiet work before the day asks anything of either of you.

The Full Day The work, uninterrupted.

A full day of identity-level recalibration. Julie holds the shape of the day. You will not feel an agenda, only the next right thing surfacing. Like a skilled practitioner who knows exactly how much time she has and where it needs to go, the container holds the structure so you never have to.

Location In person, always.

Clients travel to Sandpoint, Idaho, or Julie travels to them. The in-person requirement is not logistical. It is part of the container. Julie arranges her own travel and accommodation. Either are at the client's expense.

What Precedes Everything An inquiry call.

No commitment is made before a real conversation. Julie will ask what you are carrying, what has already been tried, and whether this is the right moment. If the fit is clear, you move forward. If it is not, you leave with clarity about what the right next step actually is.

A necessary honesty

This is not for everyone.

That is not a formality. The inquiry call exists precisely because the right match matters more than filling a space. The Immersive is not the right fit if:

  • You are in acute crisis and need stabilization first. This experience compresses the arc of deep work. It does not rescue from the edge.
  • You are coming for a retreat experience. This is not a spa day or a workshop. It is a full day of the actual work, all of it, without interruption.
  • You are curious but not yet certain. The Recalibration Cohort is where you go to find out if you are ready. This is where you go when you already know.
  • The readiness is not entirely self-sourced. This experience cannot be given as a gift or arranged on someone's behalf. The willingness to step fully into the moment has to come from inside.
  • You are expecting a deliverable, a framework, a document to take home. The output of this day is internal. The shift happens at the source.
  • You are looking for an immediate fix. Willingness to engage with what surfaces, not manage it, is what makes this day possible.
$10,000
The experience investment

This is the investment for the full arc: the evening before and the day itself. It does not include travel.

When Julie travels to a client, her travel and accommodation are arranged independently and are at the client's expense.

For those who are ready

If you know, with clarity,
that you are ready.

I offer one Immersive per quarter. Not because of scarcity strategy, but because of what this kind of work requires to deliver at the level it deserves. When I show up for a full day with someone, I need to be completely present. That requires margin I protect carefully.

If you are reading this and something in you recognized itself, that recognition matters. The inquiry call is where we find out together whether this is the right moment and the right fit. I would love to hear from you.
